There are three steps to the processing, and two of the three steps are done separately for the ocean versus land data.

Once the CDR program was funded, beginning in 2007, I was able to put together a team and pursue my goals of operational processing of important climate data records emphasizing the processes required to transition research datasets into operations (known as R2O).
